Sandbagging Status
We are now just waiting for the prefabricated levees to arrive and are waiting for any further sandbagging until we know how the prefabricated levees will work. We estimate that the prefabricated levees will arrive early afternoon today (Monday). More news to come as we are made aware.
Sandbagging Update
A new map showing the latest sandbagging areas is posted at http://www.neustel.com/floodmap32309.pdf. As can be seen, the two main parkland areas are going to be filled in with a clay dike which is supposed to happen today.
In addition, we will be using HESCO prefabricated levees for a significant portion of Timberline. You can learn more about these levees at http://www.hesco.com/US_CIVIL/product.html. There will be a meeting in Timberline at 11 am (Monday) with the City for information on how to setup these levees.
Meeting with Tim Mahoney at Innovis for Team Leaders – 8:45 am
There is a meeting in the main entry by the coffee stand with Tim Mahoney at 8:45 am (Monday, 3-23-09) to discuss the latest flood efforts. All Team Leaders are to attend.
