Update for Pump and Dike Watchers

The pump and dike watchers should not have to go out to night. We each need to watch our dikes some as long as there is water against them. Keep an eye on any pump requirements by your house, but I doubt any pumping will be needed. (Maybe Neustel and Mahoney) I do expect a second crest but it will be a while. How high is yet to be determined by the weather service. Way too many variables yet.
