Shannon,
Can you pass this along to the neighborhood that bags will not be picked up until after the second crest. They are still very concerned that the potential for the second crest could reach a height near what we just experienced – if we do approach the 40’ elevation, I feel we need to have a fair number of bags at our disposal, still located in garages that are not frozen. I would hate to see a bad connection or weak spot that needs to be reinforced and all of our bags are frozen along the curb.
It is my understanding that the City of Fargo will soon be making it out to the neighborhoods picking up pallets and cleaning up other debris and of course this will take time.
