Calling All Volunteers – SANDBAGGING MUST BE COMPLETED BY TOMORROW
This is the agenda for tomorrow, Thursday March 26th. It is extremely important to get as many volunteers as possible to complete this project.
8:00am – Sandbag Crew Leaders meeting in Regan’s garage (4336 Timberline Drive) – this is for people that have spent a lot of time at the front of the sandbag lines and are able to help lead the volunteers and make sure the sandbagging is done correctly. There will be several leaders within in each group going out.
8:30am – Volunteers Meet in the Cul de Sac by Regan’s and are assigned to Leaders. Leaders will then take volunteers to designated sandbagging site in the neighborhood.
Please have volunteers that are coming from outside the area park in Fox Run to reduce congestion for the trucks that will be going through the neighborhood.
